Why should I come to see you?I provide a safe non judgemental space for my clients to explore their sexual health, to improve your relationships, and to address any sexual challenges that you may be facing.

How will I know you are the right therapist for me?Alongside having the appropriate qualifications in Clinical Sexology, I have a strong understanding of relationships, intimacy and sexual health. It is about building trust in session, and having an ability to create a safe and supportive space for you to be able to discuss sensitive issues.

What is Psychosexual Therapy?Psychosexual Therapy also known as sex therapy, is a specialised form of therapy that focuses on addressing and resolving intimate sexual concerns and issues. It involves working with individuals and couples to explore and discuss in a safe space, their concerns, questions, issues. Sex Therapists’ are trained to help clients navigate a wide range of sexual issues, including but not limited to sexual dysfunction, intimacy issues, sexual trauma, sexual identity and relationship dynamics. Our goal is to help clients develop a healthier and more fulfilling sex life through exploration, education and the development of affective coping strategies and communication skills.

Information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential and we are not permitted to disclose any details about the client or their sessions without the clients explicit consent, except where they may be at risk of harm to the client or others.
